Cash Bond Refund Procedures:

1. Cash bond money will be refunded after the final disposition of the case or by order of the court.
2. Refund will be to the depositor only (unless the depositor sent in a notarized letter stating otherwise).
3. Refund is by CHECK ONLY, not cash.
4. Refund may be picked up by depositor only, at the Bay County Courthouse on the Tuesday the bond check is disbursed between 4:00PM and 4:30PM, at the department in which the charge has been assessed. Photo ID is required. Or the refund will be mailed to the address stated by depositor.
