An Administrative Court Order is a directive necessary to administer properly the court's affairs, but not inconsistent with the constitution or with court rules and administrative orders entered by the Supreme Court.
The purpose of an Administrative Court Order is to fix administrative responsibilities of the chief judges of the circuit courts and the other judges that the chief judges may designate. When these rules refer to the court, they shall be construed to apply to a judge of the court when the context requires or permits.
